2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All brand names, trade dress, logos, product graphics, package designs, fragrance brand titles, and written copy on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Ram Products Pvt. Ltd. and sister concerns (including Shree Ram Matches Company & Neeraj Foods). Reproduction or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Descriptions & Devotional Safety

• We endeavor to describe our incense sticks, dhoop batti, cones, and raw materials with maximum accuracy. Slight natural variations in stick thickness or color may occur due to hand-rolling craftsmanship and natural botanical extracts.
• Safety Advisory: Always burn incense and dhoop products on heat-resistant, fireproof holders in ventilated rooms. Keep burning sticks away from flammable curtains, fabrics, children, and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended.

4. Franchise & Ancillary Unit Agreements

Submission of an inquiry or expression of interest for a franchise or ancillary manufacturing unit does not constitute an automatic grant of rights. Official dealership authorization is subject to territory scrutiny, legal agreements, and written approval signed by authorized company executives.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions conducted via this platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the company or online orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India.
